Return and Exchange Policy

WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE!
As a small business, we have found our niche in curating small collections with low quantities to keep the looks fresh and unique for our customers, always providing new staple and on-trend pieces. In order for us to continue to roll out new collections, our return policy is for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  Our return policy allows you to return your purchase for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving the item(s).  
The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in their original condition. We have the discretion to refuse the return based on receiving after the return policy period and/or based on the acceptable conditions stated above. The item(s) may be returned back to you or in some cases, the lowest price of the item(s) offered in store credit. 

**Please note--We do NOT cancel orders or issue refunds.  Returns or the cancellation of an order will be issued STORE CREDIT ONLY.**

You may return/exchange your item(s) in person at our Troy, Ohio storefront, or you may return them by mail.  The item return must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.  We offer free return labels within standard return policy time frame on any item(s) that don't fall within the *EXCEPTIONS category. Upon initiating your return request, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Return labels are not issued for in-store pickups or items purchased in store.  You can request a return label by reaching out by email at Merch31tc@gmail.com
Please provide your name, order number, and items you are requesting to return.
We will issue you your merchandise credit via the email we have on file for you once we receive and inspect your return.


*Final sale items may NOT be returned or exchanged for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS.
These include final sale and red lined merchandise, intimate apparel, swimwear, jewelry, scarves, hats, leggings, socks, handbags, body care and home goods. 


We do our best to make sure no imperfect items find their way to you, but occasionally a defective item may get past our inspection.
In the case of a defective item, we may offer a refund to original form of payment under these conditions:
1) Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective item along with the order number and the name of the item that was received damaged.
2) Give us a description of what's wrong with the item.
3) Attach a photo of the item clearly showing its defect.
The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
