Return and Exchange Policy

We always want you to be happy with your purchase!!  Our return policy allows you to bring any purchase from us you aren't in love with back for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving the item(s).  
The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached, and in their original condition.
We offer store credit or exchange ONLY that's valid for two years.
You may return/exchange your item(s) in person at our Troy, Ohio storefront, or you may return them by mail.  The item return must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.  We do not offer return labels at this time.

We recommend adding tracking to your return.
We will issue you your merchandise credit via the email we have on file for you once we receive and inspect your return.
Final sale items may NOT be returned or exchanged for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Those include final sale and red lined merchandise, intimate apparel, swimwear, jewelry, scarves, hats, face masks, leggings, socks, handbags, and home goods. 
We do our best to make sure no imperfect items find their way to you, but occasionally a defective item may get past our inspection.
In the case of a defective item, we may offer a refund to original form of payment under these conditions:
1) Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective item along with the order number and the name of the item that was received damaged.
2) Give us a description of what's wrong with the item.
3) Attach a photo of the item clearly showing its defect.
The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
