Return and Exchange Policy

  Our return policy allows you to return your purchase from us you aren't in love with back for exchange or store credit within 21 days of receiving the item(s).  

The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached, and in their original condition.

**Please note--We do not cancel orders or issue refunds.  Returns or the cancellation of an order will be issued STORE CREDIT ONLY.**

You may return/exchange your item(s) in person at our Troy, Ohio storefront, or you may return them by mail.  The item return must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt.  We offer free return labels within standard return policy time frame on any item(s) that don't fall within the FINAL SALE category. Upon initiating your return request, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Return labels are not issued for in-store pickups or items purchased in store.  You can request a return label by reaching out by email at Merch31tc@gmail.com

Please provide your name, order number, and items you are requesting to return.

We will issue you your merchandise credit via the email we have on file for you once we receive and inspect your return.

We do our best to make sure no imperfect items find their way to you, but occasionally a defective item may get past our inspection.

In the case of a defective item, we may offer a refund to original form of payment under these conditions:

1) Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective item along with the order number and the name of the item that was received damaged.

2) Give us a description of what's wrong with the item.

3) Attach a photo of the item clearly showing its defect.

The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
